Resident Evil DS bevestigd!

Vanwege een misverstand dachten we voorheen dat Resident Evil DS nog niet bevestigd was. Nu kunnen we met zekerheid zeggen dát 'ie komt... 2 dagen eerder meldden we jullie al dat in de nieuwste uitgave van NGC Magazine stond dat er een remake van de eerste Resident Evil game in de maak is voor de Nintendo DS. Hans deed het toen af als een gerucht, maar vandaag is dat gerucht veranderd in een bevestiging. Wat is nou het geval? Het magazine plaatste niet zomaar een bericht, maar had een interview met Capcom zelf. Hierin kwam naar voren wat Hans jullie al vertelde; Resident Evil DS is een remake van de eerste RE game, de stylus gebruik je om met Jill of Chris te vechten, en het spel zal, net als RE4, volledig in 3D zijn. ""Capcom are working on a remake of Resident Evil for the DS, only this time using the same camera perspective and controls as the exceptionally brilliant Resident Evil 4 on Gamecube. That's right, a fully 3D version of the original survival horror, all in the palm of your hand.

Capcom explained that, the touch-screen would, in one instance, be used to attack, with the slashes of the stylus dictating the swipes of Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine's knife."
