Firaxis is geïnteresseerd in de Dual Screen?

Firaxis, de ontwikkelstudio die onder leiding staat van game legende Sid Meier, geeft aan interesse in de DS te hebben. Sid Meier toont zich in een Q&A positief over Nintendo's handheld... Sid Meier is ondermeer bekend van games als 'Popolous' en het nog recente 'Pirates'. Onlangs werd aan deze levende god de volgende vraag gesteld op de Firaxis site: [I]Question:[/b] Do you have any plans to develop for the NintendoDS? Firaxis' strategy games are a natural match for the dual screen, touchscreen enabled handheld. Other strategy games such as Europe Universalis II, Age of Empires, and Command and Conquer have been announced. Civilization and/or Alpha Centuari would fit in nice. Dit was het interessante antwoord wat volgde: Sid: It's certainly something we're exploring. Our goal is to make great games and deliver them to players on whatever platforms make sense for the game.
