Brian Clarke: First of all, Snoop has contributed some great tracks to the game and the soundtrack. Secondly, Snoop is a hidden character in the game -- in fact he has his own hidden mini-game. If the player unlocks him, Snoop will be around to help Nick rid crime from the city.
