Prime 2, Geist, Pokémon Remakes + Europa!!! *HOT*

Nintendo's officiele Engelstalige magazine komt met heel wat goede nieuwtjes voor ons luisterend oor... Het officiele Engelstalige Nintendo magazine heeft in hun laatste uitgave bekend gemaakt dat Metroid Prime 2, Geist en Pokémon Red Fire en Green Leaf (de remakes op de GB games) nog voor het einde van dit jaar in Europa moeten verschijnen! Ook wist het magazine te melden dat Nintendo of France inderdaad kerstkaarten had verstuurd in verband met Animal Crossing...maar meer dan dat de game dus waarschijnlijk in Frankrijk verschijnt wisten ze niet te vertellen. Naast dit heugelijke nieuws hield het magazine ook nog een interview met iemand waar veel snorhaartjes spontaan een erectie van gaan krijgen...Shigeru Miyamoto. In het interview(tje) leer je weinig nieuwe kunstjes, aangezien Miyamoto weer eens een wielklem aan z'n mond-wagen heeft hangen dankzij Iwata's idee van bedrijfsleiding, maar om de nieuwtjes even samen te vatten; - Mario 128 opnieuw aangekondigd. Mag alleen geen verdere info over geven vanwege angst voor imitatie of rip-offs van de gameplay. - Miyamoto wil het Pikmin concept verder uitwerken... - En hij wil graag samenwerken met andere (third-party) designers om nieuwe characters voor Nintendo te bedenken/ontwikkelen. - We moeten dit jaar meer gaan horen over de opvolger van The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker Hier het hele interview; Miyamoto/NOM UK Interview NOMUK - What can you tell us about the successor to the Gamecube? Miyamoto - We are currently developing the machine that can realise a number of brand new and enjoyable ideas. But I'm sorry that I can't dwell on the details today. NOM UK - Why are you hiding Mario 128 from the public? Miyamoto - I'm sorry that I have been unable to talk much about that title. With Mario 128 I have been challenging many unprecedented things, not found in existing video games. These new ideas are prone to lose their freshness or to be imitated once they go public, so we must be extremely careful when we discuss such things. I have been feeling the pressure that I have to complete this project. Would you please be patient? NOM UK - Have you got any new characters and franchises up your sleeve or will you continue to work with the established ones? Miyamoto - I would like to expand the Pikmin concept, but I would also love to collaborate with other new designers in order to create new characters.
