Japanse verkoopcijfers 7/1/12 - 13/01/13: Animal Crossing weer op één, Wii U zakt in

De Japanners kunnen maar geen genoeg krijgen van Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Vorige week verschenen er maar liefst Japanse verkoopcijfers van twee weken, omdat bedrijf Media Create even op vakantie was gegaan. We leken echter niet veel gemist te hebben: Animal Crossing: New Leaf ging nog steeds als warme broodjes over de toonbank, net als de weken daarvoor. Deze week is dat niet anders en we zien zelfs New Super Mario Bros. 2 een plekje klimmen. De Wii U zakt qua verkoopaantallen flink in ten opzichte van vorige week en heeft zelfs minder verkocht dan de PlayStation 3 in Japan: 01./01.
