Japanse verkoopcijfers 17/6/2013 - 23/6/2013: Nintendo's consoles dalen

Het is deze week geen Nintendo-titel maar een Sony-titel welke het meest verkocht is in de afgelopen week. Vorige week bleek dat Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D als nieuwe titel gelijk het meest verkocht werd in Japan. Hoewel het nieuwe Donkey Kong Country-spel meer dan 100.000 keer was verkocht, kon dit de Nintendo 3DS-verkopen niet sterk stimuleren maar bleken de verkopen juist gestagneerd te zijn. Deze week zien we op hardware-gebied dat de Nintendo 3DS, de Wii U en de Wii in verkopen licht gedaald zijn. De PlayStation Vita zien we sterk stijgen, maar het systeem komt nog niet in de buurt van de Nintendo 3DS. Op software-gebied zien we het nieuwe spel The Last of Us voor de PlayStation 3 een sterke start maken.
